Sarah teaches hatha yoga (the physical practice of yoga), blending balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.  She teaches in a practical, user-friendly style, which is doable at any fitness level.  Classes begin with breathing (Pranayama) followed by flowing movement (Vinyasa) to build up heat in the body, then poses (Asanas) are held for longer periods of time to build more strength, flexibility, and stamina. Classes close with a practice of relaxation and mindfulness (Dhyana).
